Tidy Package Prices

  • 10 hours paid up front (2 5-hour sessions), no discount + 1 free hour = $750 total
  • 15 hours paid up front (3 5-hour sessions), 5% discount + 1 free hour = $1068 total
  • 20 hours paid up front (4 5-hour sessions), 10% discount = $1350 (discount amount = 2 free hours)
  • 30 hours paid up front (6 5-hour sessions), 15% discount = $1912.50 (discount amount = 4.5 free hours)
  • 40 hours paid up front (8 5-hour sessions), 20% discount = $2400 (discount amount = 8 free hours)

Package payments are due before our first scheduled session.

Hourly Sessions

Hourly Rate =
$75 per hour, in-person
$75 per 90 minute virtual session

Payments are due at the end of each session.
Your first in-person session will require a a 3-hour deposit that we will apply to your first session.
There is a 3-hour minimum requirement per in-person session (exceptions made within reason.)


Some clients want to meet in person and show me their space before we schedule our first session. This is understandable. Consultation session will last for 1 hour and will be billed at my regular hourly rate. This consultation fee is due before our session.


As a solopreneur, cancellations have a HUGE impact on my ability to pay my business bills and support my family. Please take time to look at your schedule carefully before booking an appointment time. All Cancellations will result in a $35 fee.

Organizing Supplies

There is no need to for you to purchase additional organizing supplies unless you feel you will need additional storage (like if you’re moving). I supply 50 gallon clear trash bags to use for trash and soft donations. Other donations are best contained in salvaged boxes that you may or may not already have on hand. In my expereince clients finish session with more space in the closets, in the drawers, in the garages and the attics and if you have stoage bins there are usually plenty left over.

In the event an outside services are needed (specialized construction, repairs, installations, dumpster rentals, haul away services, etc.) I’m happy to contact and schedule these resources for you for a fee of ONE additoinal hour. Once I’ve done this legwork, it will be up to you to work with this service once they are onsite at your home and pay them directly.

Travel Fees

Tidy By Desiree will gladly travel within a 50-mile radius of Nashville, TN (starting zip code 37216), which easily includes Clarkesville, Dixon, Spring Hill, Murfreesboro, Lebanon and Portland. Travel fees will not apply if your home or business is within 50 miles. Anything beyond the 50-mile radius will be charged a fee comparable to the standard mileage rate as set by the IRS.

It is imporant to understand every job has MANY variables from the amount of clutter to the level of attachment to belongings, to systems that may already be in place. Until we get going, it is difficult to know the speed of progress and for this reason, I am unable to give fixed estimates.
